After putting an order through I was advised that the product was in actual review with HQ and which alternative our company was using. I was made aware of the differences in total weight, as this impacted the quantity required. The email correspondence was quick and efficient, so I am happy with the attention received. Our coffee beans were delivered promptly too and the tracking email provided allowed me to prepare for it.
