I cannot fault the Natural French Soap Company's customer service. I ordered ten soaps. When the company discovered that just one of those was out of stock, they replaced it with two others. Best of all, they looked at all the fragrances I had ordered and worked out two others that fitted my tastes perfectly. Then, they popped in a wee guest soap in a very different aroma to expand my soapy horizons, and explained it all with a hand-written note.
