1st: Failed to deliver the café I ordered and sent 2 terrines I hadn't ordered instead of terrine I had ordered.
2nd: In order to resolve the problem sent a café but not the one I ordered and failed to send the terrines I ordered.
So.. Charged for café I didn't order and charged for 2 terrine I didn't order. Only ONE item I ordered was dilivered. So... a 25% success rate.... Used to be a great shop... Apparently no longer.
