I have to say, you guys where great. This was my first booking with you and it was fairly straight forward.
That is until my driver got to port when P&O said that we didnt have a booking and they where really unhelpful.
After a quick call to yourselves, your agent rang my driver, spoke with agent at the port and sorted it all out, my driver got on the ferry and continued his journey.
Unbelievable customer service from your agent who went over and above to do her job and eleviate my stress levels. THANK YOU!!!
