I found the website a little confusing, as the basket was hard to open after entering al my details
Then i eventually found it and went on to pay, so my opinion is that it was very easy to choose your sailings as they were clearly listed. But completing it all was a little confusing. Also the comfirmation email didn't show a clear invoice i had to copy and paste the end of the mail!
I was wishing for the phone line to be back hence my rating.... I'm hoping i'll get used to it
