Been running one website on the Copper hosting for almost a year and have just added another this month. I've only had to ask for help a few times but have always been surprised by the speed of the response by the support team.
The site always feels very responsive with multiple mysql queries seemingly not slowing things down at all.
Very happy with the service and would gladly recomment it.
