I'm a fairly recent convert, but extremely happy with the service provided so far. Never had any problems with hosting, and the support team have always been very responsive, helpful and usually go above and beyond what I'd expect. A recent transfer in from another (much less able) hosting company was handled with great efficiency and meant I had very little to do. Excellent.
