I have been a customer of Freedom brokers for 2 years without a single claim. They offered me a renewal of quote for £150 more than the previous year. I tried to get in touch with them over a period of 3 days, with no call backs when we got cut off. I tried to pay for the renewal online multiple times with no luck as I kept on getting kicked off their online payment system saying "try again". I finally got in touch with freedom brokers with my quote to pay £890 and about to pay and got cut off again. I phoned back on the day of my insurance expiry and continued to get cut off their line (I called from a landline and my mobile) after the 4th attempt within an hour and lots of long holds and repetitive personal information handed over on the day of my policy expiry I got in touch with the final new customer service agent and the insurance policy suddenly shot up to £1160 from the £890 half an hour previoulsy. I find this extortionate and unfair that I attempted to get in touch and tried to call multiple times before the insurance expiry date. Especially as a long standing customer that pays in full with absolutely no claims whatsoever. They were completely unable to budge on the price and held strong to take more money from me unnecessarily. A big bully company that don't care about their loyal customers. Utterly furious!
