We hired a motorhome for a week long break travellng around Scotland in September and found Freedhome to be absolutely fantastic! The service they offer is second to none from the initial enquiry through to the return of the motorhome, nothing was too much trouble. As first time hirers we had done a lot of research into different hire companies and chose Freedhome because of their reputation for excellent customer service and the great care they take of their vehicle. They did not disappoint. Angela and Jane were fantastic during the booking process, answering all our questions quickly and efficiently. The handover of the motrohome (or Gordon the Garda as we called him!) was very smooth and thorough. The excellent customer service was further demonstrated by the fact that the motorhome hadn't been washed prior to our collection time and so we were given a Nespresso coffee machine to use on the trip which was a great feature. We had no problems during the duration of the trip and on return the handover was again very smooth. We are already planning our next trip and would not hesitate to recommend Freedhome.
