Very good customer service. Jane and Angela were brilliant. Just a couple of problems - we hired a Da Vinci and were told that included a welcome hamper and a coffee machine - none of which were in the motor home. Also the TV which should have been un the bedroom wasn't there. None of these made any difference to our enjoyment but what did was the fact that were 4 of us but they only put in bedding/towels for 2. This did spoil our break as we had to use coats and fleeces to put over us at night and getting showered was a nightmare - 2 towels for 4 people. We didn't take our own bedding or towels as we were informed that "John Lewis" bedding was included in the Da Vinci. Apart from the above we had an excellent time.
