I paid for a premium car check report and didn't receive it, the page also wouldn't load. Free Car check then sends a review email as if I could review a service I paid for but still haven't received, very cheeky of them. I then emailed the provided address and still haven't heard back from them. I don't have access to the report and never have. I would still like the product I paid for. Sadly I can't leave a good review if I haven't received the product. I have searched if free car Check is a scam, which it isn't but I am still hopeful I will receive the product. Otherwise I will be going to trading standards.
