FreeAgent is my first experience using any sort of accounting software and it's been very good. It steps you through setting up your business and make the whole process very easy. I was doing manual invoicing, which I didn't really think was too much of a chore, but now it's so quick and easy I wouldn't consider doing it any other way. The software is easy to use and looks great. Support is also great, both from FreeAgent and the community.
