Only been using it for about a month, but really pleased so far. I have a small consultancy business, and am self-employed. I do have an accounting background so have used plenty of finance systems, large and small. FreeAgent is really well suited to my needs, and I can do pretty much anything that I want with it. Set-up was easy.
If I was to suggest an improvement it would be a better way to bring in balances and transactions from a previous accounting system. I ended up doing a manual journal, which was probably not ideal.
