An excellent accounting system. I've never used this kind of thing before, and I've found the transition extremely straightforward and clear. The help and how-to articles are simple to follow and have really helped with any areas that have presented hurdles. On the odd occasion I've needed to contact support, I've found them to be quick, friendly and super-helpful. If I have any slight issues, it's that the images in the help items are greyed, and can't be enlarged; this makes it a little difficult to see the detail in them. The other issue is that a Year End other than April seems to cause issues with the reporting end of the software, but I'm assured this is being looked at.
