I thought the ties were a good value, and I liked the selection.
However, I live in the USA, and the ties were poorly packed for international shipping. The box was open by the time I received it, although all of the ties I ordered were still in it. When I called your company to advise them of the issue, the response from customer service was that that is how you pack them, and it has never happened before.
I probably would not order from you again.
