Tie arrived nicely wrapped and packaging which led me to think the tie would be fantastic. The front of the tie was lovely, nice material and detailing. Unfortunately I turned the tie over and the stitching was almost like tacking stitches, it just wasn't finished off. After emailing and trying to send pictures as requested ( eBay policy meant pictures were blocked ) I was promised a new tie, I did not receive it. I was told by Frederick Thomas that it had been sent via royal mail and had been processed as being received. I was told to contact royal mail. The tie was needed for my partners mums funeral so he just wore a different one. Really disappointed but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of following it up. I emailed them so many times explaining what the tie was needed for. They asked for pictures and the tone of their email was almost flippant. Such a shame as had the tie not had that bad stitching it would have been lovely.
