I contacted Fraser James Blinds for our conservatory and kitchen blinds. The appointment was made for a weeks time and Ian was prompt. He talked us through what would be best for functionality and cost. Quote was given on the spot & a follow up call was made to us within a few days. We needed Ian to come back out to us to measure for another blind which he did. Lindsay came to fit our blinds 4 weeks after ordering. I was informed that he was running late even though it was only a few minutes. He worked so quickly, efficiently and professionally. He was friendly & explained how the blinds worked and told me about the two year guarantee. He left no packaging or mess and there was no clearing up to do.
