Not having the parts in stock is possibly frustrating but quite understandable. To place and order, then have emails saying firstly that the part had been picked and then another saying that the part had been despatched is quite ridiculous when a third email arrived saying the part had never been in stock in the first place. Your systems and processes need to be reviewed, guys, wouldn’t you agree? Maybe you could order the part and let me know when you have it?
