I ordered a Fourfit for my grandson in November. It arrived very late without warning and missed his birthday. When it did arrive I gladly gave him the late birthday present only to find it wouldn't charge. He was bitterly disappointed. i contacted Fourfit straight away and provided photos of how I was charging this. I haven't received any replies from numerous emails. I have sent the Fourbit back by a signed royal mail service - emailed them again with evidence of the signed returned and still no response. I have asked for a refund numerous times but they have not refunded or contacted me. I am disguisted. I am still waiting for a refund. There is no telephone number advertised only email correspondence. I would NOT recommend this company.
