I purchased what I thought was a genuine forge splitter from eBay. When I opened it up I was concerned it might be fake, the piston didn't look right. I sent pictures to Forge who responded really quickly confirming it was indeed fake. This helped me get my money back from eBay. Despite not buying from them originally, they pointed me to the correct valve and gave me a discount to purchase from them which I did. Their valve is excellent, easy to install, works perfectly. I thought old school customer service was mostly dead, it's alive and well at forge!
