I was surprised not to have been granted access to a web platform where I could review my savings account with you. (Did I miss something?) I am interested in more detail about what kind of fund(s) the savings have been attached to. (Or am I misunderstanding its 'fund-like' nature?)
And, naturally, I understand you probably don't want me to remove my money any time soon, but I was curious that there were no instructions on how I would go about doing that when the time comes. (Did I miss that too?)
