I accidentally brought 2 items instead of 1, I quickly emailed them and despite being a weekend they really tried to help, come Monday they have cancelled the item I needed cancelling and refunded me, I am very happy with the customer service I received. I have the trike and have built it and used it, I'm sure it's nothing we can't fix or something we built wrong but the seat slowly unscrews when pushing. If someone could help with this would be great might just need someone stronger to tighten it. Anyway the bike came in fantastic condition and quick delivery. My son absolutely loves it. He's always asking to go out on it and saves us carrying him everywhere when he's tierd, we are very happy customers :) thank you.
