Your customer service at Brighton Churchill square was awful the manager she was a liar and discriminated me I bought a pair of ladies shoes went home and noticed they were worn ones I had been given I called them and went to exchange or get a refund within 2 hours but in the shop she refused to refund and started to accuse me and my son that we had worn them considering my size is 10 and we bought size 6 afterwords she called the security to ask us to leave despite not giving us refund I told her that under consumer right I have a right to full refund or exchange for another new pair but all of a sudden security was called and I was told to leave the store and absolutely dishonest staff who lied and even when I was leaving I asked her to return my receipt and she said it’s in the box upon checking the box there was no receipt so she lied again and I believe she wanted me to leave the store without my proof so that they have a reason not to refund or exchange without receipt total shameful behaviour need go there again and please check your shoes before leaving the store.
