This is truly the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered in my entire life. I ordered a Gilet/jacket for my sons 10th birthday, despite having a fair amount of time till the actual day, I payed for next day delivery just to be extra safe it arrived on time. A week passes, and I receive nothing, not even an email or message offering any kind of explanation. I then contact them via email and WhatsApp. Three days later they reply, firstly via email to apologise and state the item never left the warehouse. Shortly after, they respond via WhatsApp, this time stating the item had been lost while in transit. This is where the outright lies began. I was asked at this stage if i would like a refund, or the item to be resent. I explained how it was for my sons birthday, and asked if it could be sent out on next day delivery. It took around 48 hours for them then to reply to me, only to tell me the product had now sold out. Great 👍 They apologised once more and asked if i would like to pick another similar product from their website and they would send that out instead. Great, I chose another similar item, gave the product code, size etc and received a message back saying - Hey there! Really sorry about this! We try our best to reply back as quick as we can! I understand your son won't receive his present on time and I can definitely see how disappointing this will be for him!😭 please reassure him from us that his present will be with him on Monday! I've sent it on Next Day Delivery but because it's a Friday today, it won't get sent out till Sunday! 😞 Monday arrived, nothing came. Tuesday comes, I receive an email saying - We have issued a refund!!! So the message above stating it had been sent out on next day delivery was another blatant lie. Once again my sons hopes were built up, only to be torn back down with deceit and horrific customer care. When I asked what on earth was going on, they sent a further message (well over 24 hours later) stating sorry we didn’t send it, the item you chose is now low on stock. Not sold out, but low, deeming my son somehow not worthy of receiving one, despite their catalogue of failings. The item my son wanted for his birthday is still available online as we speak, and available in his size. This really is the most appalling account of customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have absolutely no idea how such a truly shocking business is still in operation. I will do everything in my power to ensure as many people as possible hear this story, and how they shattered a child’s birthday wish, through lies, deceit, and disgusting customer care.
