Useless customer service. Useless website. Takes money for a closed restaurant ! Voucher didnt work ! Never again ! Will never deal with foodhub again or any restaurant that use them. They took money for a restaurant that was CLOSED ! Took 2 weeks to get the money back. A £5 voucher was issued for an evening with no food and losing £45 for 2 weeks. Should have just ignored it. It didnt work and only subtracted £3 from an order. The new order was COLD FOOD. Giving food hub a second chance was a big mistake. Customer service couldn't even refund the £2 extra that was spent. We will never use foodhub or any restaurant that uses them. Have compiled a list of places to avoid.
