Website With The Personal Touch of A Local Shop I was contacted via text & informed that the variant of a putty I had ordered was out of stock & was given the choice of an alternative or refund. The tins of putty were individually wrapped which added to the feeling of customers being cared about. Unfortunately the amber putty was somewhat dried out once I opened the tin despite the manufacturer’s claim that their putty doesn’t dry out. I feel this is a manufacturer problem rather than Folk Interiors as the seal on the packaging was intact & there was no best before date or special storage instructions on the tin. The other putty is absolutely fine & I am happy with it.
