I recently ordered two Hübsch mirrors with shelves. One arrived with two open holes for plugs for fixing - not really a problem as they wouldn't be visible behind the mirror once in place - but Folk Interiors nevertheless readily agreed to replace it free of charge. Fantastic helpful, friendly service. I'm very impressed. And the mirrors and shelves are lovely.
