The Roger Pen/Phone adapter stopped working, FM Hearing were more than helpful in trying to get to the bottom of the problem, they even had all the equipment back for testing. The problem resolved itself in the end but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FM hearing to anyone needing help with hearing equipment.
