Placed my order on 23rd October, had to pay £75 delivery for 3 - 5 working days as I have an AB postcode. After 7 days checked the tracking system which did not work so called and was advised they do not have a tracking system. Eventually after 23 days and numerous phone calls with excuses my delivery arrive. The product was good but customer service was atrocious.
