I sent some flowers to Jersey for Valentines. Flowers by Post queried the address as it didn't seem complete. On checking, I found that I had missed some important parts of the address out. They also suggested a change to the delivery date, as they were aware of current postal delays. Without their outstanding customer service, the flowers would have arrived late (and possibly to the wrong address!). Thanks Flowers by Post, you saved my bacon! Perfect! Highly recommended.
