Ordered the Golden Glory for daughters 65th on Sat. They arrived on Thursday 25th pm, which was ideal. However on Friday morning on getting up she discovered that the yellow roses were drooping and going brown. Roughly 12 hours. Being a loving daughter, she did not want to upset by letting me know they were dying in such a short time.. Knowing something was wring I got it out of her. I have since spoken to Nav, today, who very kindly, after speaking to Russell, agreed to replace the roses. They are being delivered tomorrow 30.3.21. Hoping they are in good condition.
