The bouquet that arrived was very different than what was advertised. The replacement flowers used were cheap and unttractive. I was not notified at all that replacement flowers would be used; instead I was shared an unfortunate photo of the bouquet from the recipient. When I sent photos with a complaint to Floom, all they would do is refund £5 (on a £50 bouquet.) Prepare to be disappointed.
