The flowers are always so beautiful and delivery has always been on time. Customer support also went above and beyond assisting with one of my orders last year, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back - knowing that if I needed help with an order, I'd be able to get it from the Floom team.
Only thing I'd recommend changing is being able to click the flowers you have in your basket. Right now, you have to go back to the flower list and find the bouquet in your cart by scrolling.
