Ordered the flower arrangement on Friday to be delivered to the hospital on Saturday. The thing is that they discharged the patient on Saturday (2 days before expected). I was away from home and couldn't change the delivery address on my phone. I tried with the "chat" option, but it was impossible. Finally, when I got home to my computer, I wrote an email to Floom, and they offered a full refund.
