Read the reviews and saw the options and thought "great! I have found a good online flower delivery service". Sadly my niece didnt get the actual arrangement I ordered but a replacement which I wasnt consulted on. The arrangement my niece did get was pretty tho but v different to the one I wanted her to get in colour scheme, actual flowers and arrangement. Having said that Floom dealt with my complaint v quickly, efficiently and professionally and all is good and I will use them again.
