My order, to a guest of a hotel, was left outside the hotel room and then disappeared. Not entirely Floom's fault, although clear instructions were given to deliver to reception.
However customer support handling was poor - difficult to communicate with and i have still not heard back. Had to investigate and resolve the issue myself
