I ordered flowers for my daughter who is ill for same-day delivery. They did not arrive. I spent time trying to call and then emailed. Floom I did hear back from customer service and they looked into it, but it was a lot of back and forth and I was disappointed she did not receive them on the day I had ordered them. I went with Floom because it said "same Day delivery" for October 1st. They arrived the next day but not until late in the day (5 ish). It proved to be a bit stressful for me. It did not give me confidence in Floom.
