I'm more than happy to say I found Flexed relatively easy to deal with and, especially, the customer support was quick and friendly. The only issue I found, in regard to short term leases, is the cost of delivery. For a three month lease of the sort I have taken with a total cost of about £1000, a cost of £400 for delivery and pick up is too much - nearly 50% of total rental costs. Without anywhere in the south to pick up a vehicle this meant, for me, a 15 hour round trip to collect the car.
