Bought here for the first time.
Although the site and order indicated "Customs and VAT" included, I was unpleasantly surprised by a nearly 40% uplift, so decided to refuse the package.
I tried to get in contact with the company via email, but after various attempts I only got "this is indeed not how I should go, let us look into this" and than radio silence again. So, I am for sure not happy!
