Flannels a quality store with some quality brands and items and have shopped here for years but I’m giving it a 1 star just because of the companies policies ect are laughable. Iv purchased some more cp company tops earlier this year all xl and fit fine so few days ago in the sale I ordered the cp bomber jacket in xl with other item online and paid for fast delivery due to flying out to my grandparents in afew days time the jacket came late which I will give that to flannel they refunded my delivery cost but I tried the jacket on for less than a min but because its slim it was to tight but loved it so I drove to the store just to change the item a size up but when got there was told I can’t exchange in store because I purchased online wtf what a joke so I explained I have a flight booked but still they said can’t exchange because purchased online. So I spoke to someone online who said I can’t exchange I have to send it back they reimburse me and then I buy it again what another joke. My point was that if I do this then I won’t get my £100 voucher for spending over a certain amount during Black Friday where I was told I won’t be no longer eligible for this as I will be returning a item getting my money back and then having to buy it again. I then said well why can’t I send it you back you exchange it for the same item just the next size up where I was told ok what size do you need then she mysteriously said they don’t have the size I want in stock so won’t be able to exchange and will have to send it back. But on the website it said it was in stock I took a photo and sent it her showing they had it in stock where she then didn’t answer my question a couple of times she was just basically saying just go to shop and buy it again and send this 1 back and I asked several time if I did this would I get my money back on the one sending back and will I get my voucher still for spending over a certain amount where she never actually answered and instead said she will contact the store in Sheffield to see if I can exchange even tho I’d drove there esrlirr this day and she said she would be back in touch to let me know but I won’t be eligible for the voucher if I go buy it again and just send this 1 back so 3hr later still not heard anything back still not resolved. I own a buisness so best advice to anyone is don’t phone them if you have issues do it through chat on website then screen shot everything then you have proof for ombudsman if ever needed as it never said on my receipt or on website while procesed it thst I can’t return this to a flannels store for exchange ect then go to ombudsman
