I ordered n paid for 3 bottles of Port of which there was only 1 in stock. Due to their limited opening hours (not unusual for specialist retailers) it was 72hrs before I was contacted
Once we sorted what to do my bottle was on its way to me closely followed by a refund
Excellent service, so please do not berate this company if you feel that no reply after 10mins upsets your order
