The online ordering service was fine but I (the customer) was given no idea of how the delivery would be made or when. I made the order on 1 December. When it had not arrived I had to telephone for an update and was told it had been dispatched by Royal Mail - who are on strike. As at 11 December I have received nothing and only had an update because I telephoned for it. In the meantime many other orders made online at about the same time have arrived. So not overly impressed.
