I have puchased in the past and have always been very happy with the service provided. On this occasion I ordered some weight plates, but ended up ordering the wrong ones. Fitness Superstore were great, they changed them over to the Olympic type I needed with no hassle and even waved the additional cost that they should have been. Very happy customer.
