Unhappy Customer
We've had some recent problems with a few of our orders. We just opened a package of Dover sole and was instantly hit with a very strong, unpleasant smell. The package was also clearly marked for two but there were only three peices rather than the usual four. That was the second time we got three instead of four filets. It's a bit pricey to throw away but it does not smell fresh. We have reached out but didn't really feel like they believed us or that they really cared. Don't mind paying for quality but not when it is unpredictable.
