I called on the requested "latest" date for delivery as I hadn't revcieved my order, I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes, 1 hour later I had to call them as I hadn't got a call to which I was told I had been sent an email (not good enough when you're expecting a call and are busy preparing an event) the gentleman then proceeded to tell me they had lost the paper work for my order and were unable to deliver the following day as it was a Saturday, he also said "it's a shame you didn't call yesterday" I couldn't believe this attitude as if it was normal that I should have to check up on my order. All in all this experience was extremely poor and badly dealt with, this also meant I had to spend the afternoon of my event searching high and low for fireworks out of season. I would not recommend anyone use firworks crazy.
