Bought a large single ignition for work for my wedding celebration. Arrived in good time and I was very excited to use it. The firework was great however was a whole 60 seconds shorter than advertised, despite all the cylinders firing as they should. I contacted the website regarding this however never heard anything back, very poor customer service unfortunately.
