I’m new to owning a wood burning stove. I found the clarity and quality of information on the site reassuring. It enabled me to make a sensible decision on what to order - kiln dried, and the quantity best suited to my needs. The process of ordering was straightforward and communication was very good. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver put the pallet into my garage without fuss. The logs themselves are uniform in size ( I have a Dik Geurts Ivar 5 stove), fit easily and catch and burn well. The kindling and the fire lighters are also excellent. I’ver been able to light every fire first time, every time. A long-term customer now, for sure.
