We have used Firetext for several years and it works very well for our small business. The support team are very easy to contact (unlike so many other organisations) and always, in my experience, have answered the phone in well under a minute. They are very helpful and on at least two occasions we have had a difficult technical issue to do with the relatively advanced connections we have with our CRM provider, Keap. Each time, they have stayed with us to solve the problem (satisfactorily) when they could have legitimately said that the other party was responsible for the issue. I should add that the product works very well and in a very reliable fashion. From our experience, I cannot recommend Firetext highly enough. JM
