I have been using Firetext to message trial participants of a research project, and I am thoroughly impressed with their platform. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but their customer support is fantastic. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their platform has made it easy for me to schedule and send messages to the participants and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly SMS platform. Five stars all around!
