I’ve used firebox several times before. I like the range of different and quirky items which are great for gifts. However. The delivery charges,in my opinion, remain too high. Also - and this happened last year too - one of the items I wanted was unavailable. Higher demand around Christmas should be anticipated and extra stock held. Finally, one of my items came in a significantly damaged box (it was a game so the box is necessary). Since originally writing this review, Firebox have been in touch to rectify my issue. Fair play to them, they have refunded the damaged item and given me a discount on my next order. Hence, I have upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
